For Investors of all types: I set up contract Agreements which are optimized for both profit and security based upon Real Estate Mortgage Notes. It works something like this: when I find one or more mortgage notes for sale, I'll analyze them and make bids on those which I consider to be "winners."

For those properties, I'll typically contact those investors with whom I've cultivated a relationship and offer an opportunity to invest with me on a specific property.
